Our Vision
Anchored Life Services, LLC is a counseling practice dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, crisis, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to provide a safe, compassionate space where healing can begin, hope can be restored, and lives can be strengthened from the inside out.
The name Anchored Life reflects our belief in the importance of having a steady foundation during life’s most difficult moments—one that brings stability, clarity, and peace even in times of uncertainty. We believe healing is possible when individuals feel supported, grounded, and empowered.
At Anchored Life Services, we recognize that trauma and life’s hardships can leave people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure of their next steps. Through professional, client-centered counseling, we help individuals process pain, rebuild trust, and develop healthy coping skills while reconnecting with purpose and hope.
We offer both faith-based counseling services for those who wish to integrate spirituality into their healing journey, as well as counseling that is respectful and supportive of all belief backgrounds.
Our goal is not just to help you survive, but to help you grow, heal, and thrive—moving forward with resilience, strength, and renewed hope.

Consultation
Legal Social Work
We provide valuable support to attorneys by conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of functioning, trauma, competency-related factors, and mitigation issues. LCSWs prepare clear, legally relevant written reports for use in criminal, family, juvenile, immigration, and civil cases, and may serve as expert witnesses by offering professional opinions within their scope of practice. They also consult with attorneys to interpret mental health records, identify key clinical issues, and inform case strategy, while providing treatment and progress documentation that can support sentencing mitigation, custody determinations, diversion programs, or alternative case resolutions.
Spiritual Care
Debriefing and Evaluation
Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) debriefing is available following crises or traumatic events, providing immediate support and guidance when it’s needed most. We create a safe space for healing for anyone affected, including first responders. Our services include offering psychological support, stabilizing emotions, facilitating structured debriefings, and helping participants process reactions to incidents such as accidents, violence, line-of-duty events, or disasters. We assess coping, identify risk factors, provide psychoeducation on normal stress responses, and connect individuals to ongoing support or mental health services, promoting recovery, resilience, and psychological safety.
Forensic Social Work
Mental Health Evaluation, Expert Witness in Court
We provide forensic social work services that bridge mental health and the legal system with a trauma-informed, clinically sound approach. Our services include comprehensive psychosocial and mental health assessments, court-ready written reports, consultation with attorneys, and expert input within our scope of practice. I work collaboratively with legal professionals and attorneys to help courts understand the psychological, social, and environmental factors that affect individuals involved in criminal, family, juvenile, civil, and immigration matters, supporting informed and appropriate legal outcomes.
We provide person-centered approach that addresses your spiritual, religious needs as part of your overall well-being. We focus on helping you find meaning, purpose, hope, connection and deeper spiritual connection, especially during time of stress, illness, trauma, loss or major life changes. We explore beliefs and values while supporting your faith practices with respect and integrity. You will find compassion and non judgement no matter your faith, beliefs or background. There are no taboo subjects, we firmly believe that in order to have true spiritual freedom, we have to talk about the hard things. Truth brings freedom. We don't carry shame.
